Come art hopping with us!
A monthly family art experience popping up across Downtown Los Angeles.
Where are we hopping to next?
Art Hop is a recurring, family-friendly drawing experience that brings creativity, connection, and a little bit of joy into the heart of Downtown LA. Every month, we pop up in parks, community spaces, and partner locations to create something together.
No pressure. No expectations. Just show up and draw.
Whether you bring your own supplies or use ours, Art Hop is a space where kids and families can slow down, get creative, and be part of something bigger.
Your
Questions, Answered

Every Art Hop is built around a simple idea.
We introduce a theme inspired by real life in Downtown Los Angeles, things like community, family, nature, or the future of our city, and invite everyone to respond through drawing.
You might be asked to:
Draw your version of Downtown
Draw a place where you feel safe
Draw your family or your future
No two Art Hops are exactly the same, but the feeling is always familiar.

A welcoming, family-first environment.
A simple drawing prompt for all ages.
Space to create freely at your own pace.
A shared community art installation.
Music, connection, and good energy.
This is not an art class.
It’s a space to show up, be yourself, and create. -
Art Hop is about more than art.
We’re building something together.
Every Art Hop supports the creation of a children’s art gallery and a mobile art program that will bring creative opportunities to more families across our city.
When you join us, you’re not just participating, you’re helping shape what comes next.
