Making Spirits Bright: Art in the Park at the 2nd Annual Picnic with Santa

We were thrilled to join the Downtown LA Alliance for their 2nd Annual Picnic with Santa, bringing a little extra sparkle (and creativity) to an already joyful afternoon in Downtown LA.

Families gathered for holiday cheer, Santa sightings, and seasonal fun—and in true Majestic fashion, we added art to the mix. Our Art in the Park programming popped up as a hands-on creative station where kids could slow down, get imaginative, and make something festive to take home. Think holiday magic, minus the mess at home.

Events like this are exactly why Art in the Park exists.

We believe art belongs everywhere—especially in moments of togetherness and celebration. Whether it’s Halloween treats or holiday cheer, creativity has a way of becoming the gift that keeps on giving.

Huge thanks to the Downtown LA Alliance for continuing to invest in family-friendly programming that brings warmth, joy, and community to Downtown. Santa may bring the toys, but we’re proud to help bring the creativity.
